I'm Nireexa Solanki. Welcome to my site. 
I'm your Yoga Instructor. Growing up in India, yoga and meditation have been practices that have been instilled from a very young age. I continued these when I moved to England over thirty years ago and qualified as a yoga instructor in 2018 (RYT 500 hours).
I strongly believe that these practices help me to improve my overall well-being, both physically and mentally and I am passionate about sharing these with others.

What is involved in your yoga class?

I teach both hatha and vinyasa yoga incorporating controlled breathing patterns (pranayama) and mindfulness.

Creating a harmonious connection between the mind and body, these classes will allow you to improve your flexibility, balance, and strength whilst enhancing your posture and body awareness.

Who are the yoga classes for?

I strongly believe that yoga and mindfulness are for all and tailor my classes to suit a variety of experiences and capabilities.

I teach both group and private classes in gyms, workplaces, community settings, workshops, corporate events, and online.
